Meet the Team

Rowena Erasmo, Clinical Director
20+ years of experience
Rowena is an experienced ICU Nurse with a background spanning six (6) years in Saudi Arabia and five (5) years at Auckland Hospital in New Zealand, who currently serves in two Australian hospitals. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist for ten (10) years, she oversees patients, guides new staff, and delivers crucial care to critically ill patients.
Proficient in ICU operations, medication administration, and specialized treatments, Rowena plays a pivotal role in supporting patients with failing vital organs, utilizing advanced techniques like ventilators and dialysis. She holds a postgraduate certificate from the University of Tasmania.

Lorre Sia, Administrative Director
30+ years of experience
Lorre, a dedicated and highly proficient Registered Nurse with 31 years of experience, currently serves as the Clinical Nurse Specialist at The Northern Hospital in Epping. She excels in her role as a scrub nurse in the operating room, demonstrating excellence throughout her extensive nursing career.
Lorre’s background includes notable experience in the spinal unit at Salisbury Hospital in Wilts, U.K., where she gained expertise in comprehensive care for disabled patients but her learnings did not stop there, as she further enhanced her knowledge and skills, by completing a Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing at the University of Tasmania. Her unwavering commitment to nursing spans over three decades, highlighting her profound dedication to the healthcare profession.
